Meet Maddie Drewitt
BSocSc (Psych), GDipPsych (Adv), MPsych (Sport & Exercise)
Maddie is a registered psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Sport and Exercise), who is passionate about supporting individuals to grow, adapt, and thrive across all areas of life. She works from a strengths-based, person-centred approach, helping people build confidence, develop self-awareness, and strengthen their resilience in the face of challenges - whether in sport, school, work, or everyday life.
Maddie brings a warm, collaborative style to her work, creating a space where individuals feel supported to explore their values, navigate pressure, and move towards meaningful, values-aligned goals.
Alongside this, Maddie has a strong background in high-performance sport. She has experience working within the AFLW system, giving her a deep understanding of the demands of elite environments. Her work in sport, combined with many years supporting young people through basketball and youth services, allows her to effectively support both developing and high-performing individuals to perform at their best - while also prioritising their overall wellbeing.
